We offer transparent options for investor exit ranging from 24 months for a single building project, 36 months for a layout project and before 48 months for a large township. The exact timelines of exit will be clearly mentioned in the investment proposal plan and finalised in discussions with investors.

We endeavour to offer up to 15% of our stock on prelaunch (post receipt of all approvals and CC
of the project) at a predetermined price much lower than the launch price to our retail investors club and will offer them an exit option post 24/36/48 months as the case may be with minimum guarantees and sharing of upside.

We will invest up to 4% of the revenue on brand building and up to 10% of the construction and development cost to enhance the product and aim to achieve a premium on the prelaunch selling price. Our promotion strategies will be geared towards achieving a high level of respect for the organization & consumer pull over time.

We offer no capital loss guarantee in the worst case scenario in case of the worst eventualities and shall cover that capital/investment through earnings of other projects. With this promise in mind we present to our investors a plethora of investment avenues.
