Firsts

We’ve been the creators of many firsts.

We chose the city of Thane, which in spite of being Mumbai’s twin city, lacked the required infrastructure and quality housing unlike India’s economic capital. We ventured out to offer modern yet sustainable living spaces, with a far more beneficial value proposition in line with our pursuit of ensuring that our business makes a meaningful difference in the lives of people associated with us. There were other natural benefits like the open and green spaces that we believed made for a more opportune setting for real estate development. The land we acquired offered us the potential to build homes that raised aspirations and became desirable icons in their own right.

1981 - 1990

Introduced duplex living concept to the city in 1981-82 by constructing Thane’s first duplex flats development, Gautam Labdhi.

Pioneered high-rise living in Thane - built the first 14 storey project, Gautam Sindhu in the year 1985-87, unique semi duplex apartments.

Showed innovation leadership in best utilisation of space by developing first terraced apartments at Monalisa in 1987-89.

Showed the way to open space living. Center Point built in the year 1989-90 was Thane’s first largest garden space project with over 80% of open garden spaces, in the heart of the city.

1991 - 2000

Showed innovation in leadership by engineering and designing the first cantilevered structure with pocket terraces at M. V. Everest in 1989-91.

Soham Terraces in 1991-92, Ahmedabad’s first project having bungalows in a high rise structure.

Built Anjuman in the year 1992-93, Thane’s first largest open space project in congested old Thane of Gaothan.

Leaders in layout development with Hariom Nagar, one of Mulund’s first large layout projects, spread over 40 acres.

Pioneered luxury living in Thane by building Tarangan in 1996-98, the first 20 storied building complex with luxury apartments.

2001 - 2010

Led the road to Thane’s first social housing project with Parijat Gardens, built in the year 2004-06, offering homes on non-profit basis to about 250 middle class families.

Took design ideas to a new level by building Raj Vilas Bungalows in 2006-07, a distinctive first-of-its- kind heritage design bungalow scheme in Thane.

Falcon Court, Mulund’s first ready-to-move-in apartments situated at Hariom Nagar.
